The problem

Most small and growing Indian businesses run billing, GST filing, payment follow-ups and stock in separate places: a billing app at the counter, spreadsheets in the office and accounting software with the accountant. Every month, someone re-types the same numbers, chases the same overdue customers and fixes the same GST mistakes.

Paybot puts selling, buying and getting paid in one place, and lets the software do the repetitive work.

An automated GST engine

CGST and SGST within the state, IGST across states, worked out from the seller and buyer state with HSN on every line. e-Invoice (IRN and signed QR) and e-Way Bills from the invoice screen, GSTR-1 JSON, a GSTR-3B summary, GSTIN validation and GSTR-2B reconciliation.

Gets you paid faster

Every invoice can carry a UPI QR code and a Razorpay pay link. Scheduled reminders and statements go to overdue customers by email, WhatsApp or SMS, and a customer portal lets clients view invoices, check balances and accept quotes.

Recurring billing on autopilot

Monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions: a background process creates each invoice when it falls due and emails it with a pay link, so nobody has to remember.

Touch POS that keeps billing offline

Finger-first billing for bakeries, sweet shops, cafés and retail counters: photos, weight billing, scale barcodes, held bills and split payments. If the internet drops, the counter keeps billing and syncs when the connection returns.

Inventory that knows its batches

Variants, branches, suppliers, batches, serial numbers, expiry with first-expiry-first-out, bills of materials and weighted-average stock valuation, updated by every bill.

Accounts and banking

Cash and bank books, supplier ledgers, bank statement import and matching, day book, profit and loss, and Tally export, all the way to the year-end close.

Your data, your server

Each company gets its own secure database, on our cloud or self-hosted. Role-based permissions, optional OTP login, an audit trail of every change and locked books after year-end.

AI in Paybot: what we are building

Paybot's automation already saves hours every week. The next step is AI that understands your business data and acts on it. These features are in development and not yet available; existing customers will get them as they are released.

  1. Ask your business in plain language. Questions like "What sold most last week?" or "Who owes me more than 30 days?", answered from your own Paybot data.
  2. Bills from a photo. Snap a supplier invoice and let Paybot read it into a purchase entry, ready to check and save.
  3. Stock and demand forecasting. Reorder suggestions based on your sales history, seasons and festivals, before items run out.
  4. Smarter collections. Spot which customers are likely to pay late and prioritise reminders before invoices become overdue.
  5. A WhatsApp assistant for your customers. Customers ask for an invoice, their balance or a pay link and get it instantly, built on the same technology as our Companion platform.

Frequently asked questions

Does Paybot use AI?

Not yet. Today Paybot automates GST calculation, e-Invoices, recurring billing, payment reminders and bank matching. AI features, including plain-language business questions, bills from a photo, stock forecasting and smarter collections, are in development.

Is Paybot ready for GST e-Invoicing and e-Way Bills?

Yes. Paybot generates the IRN, acknowledgement number and signed QR from the invoice screen, and creates e-Way Bills with transport details, Part-B updates, extension and cancellation.

Does Paybot work without internet?

Yes. The offline POS keeps billing when the internet drops, and bills sync in order when the connection returns.

Can I host Paybot on my own server?

Yes. Each company gets its own database, either on Luure.ai's cloud or self-hosted on your own servers.
